We are looking for a DODD Independent Provider with current certification to provide non medical transportation from Rootstown/Cuyahoga Falls Individual lives in Rootstown and needs assistance to get to work at GOJO and back home.
Individual is ambulatory and able to take care of ADL's independently.
Needs job coaching while going through his initial training to ensure he understands the job and is doing it correctly.
She is a very independent, happy young lady.
She gets along with others and is very social.
