General Duties:
Serve as back up receptionist Prepare general correspondence, reports, and other documents as assigned Administrative support for other departments Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of general office and clerical practices and procedures including the ability to operate office machines and equipment Must possess knowledge of PC applications including MS Office Must be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing.
Must demonstrate advanced grammar, spelling, punctuation and proofreading skills.
Minimum of 1 year experience as an administrative assistant in a professional setting Valid driver's license This is a temporary position but may lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
